Liquid Particle Counters

HIAC Liquid Particle Counters

For accurate, consistent fluid monitoring, In the early 1960’s Leon D. Carver and his team at HIAC (High Accuracy Products) invented light obscuration and the term particle counting was born. HIAC was the first company in the world to use a laser light source for light obscuration sensors.
Over the course of 60 years, Beckman Coulter has continued to innovate and is the market leader in sizing particles in liquids or gases. These liquid particle counters are now being used for monitoring of hydraulic fluids, glycols, cleaning solvents, fuels, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, compressed gasses, water and many other solutions and solvents. HIAC is the benchmark name in liquid particle counting for laboratories and industrial applications.
Final product testing of Parenterals & Parts Cleanliness testing
The HIAC liquid particle counters are frequently used in Final product testing of Parenterals according to the different pharmacopoeias worldwide like EP <2.9.19>, but also in other industrial applications like parts cleanliness testing, determination of β-ratio’s of filter elements used in the fluid power industry and contamination control of Hydraulic fluids according to different reporting standards like ISO-4406 ,ISO-MTD or ISO- 11171.
No matter the challenge we have a solution for your particle counting requirements. For more information on the different liquid particle counters we refer to the section below. If your questions is not answered here please don’t hesitate to give us a call, also for our renting possibilities.
